Great Impact: Women in Construction on the Rise

Lorraine Bergman - Women In Construction

President/CEO of Caliente Construction, Lorraine Bergman, was given mention in AZ|RE magazine as one of Arizona Builders Alliance Women in Construction. Although women only make up 8.9% of the workforce in the construction industry, that number continues to rise each year as more women enter the field, including leadership and executive roles.

Evidence of this successful formula is Caliente Construction, who has seen over 5-times the growth and is one of the largest woman-owned businesses in Arizona since Lorraine took on the President/CEO title 12-years ago. One of the key secrets to her success is “never be afraid to ask. The worst that can happen is they say, “No”.”
